hurt piano tablature

I won't specify the time or length of
these notes, it's really easy to figure out on your own. Once again,
please excuse the format. -Jeremy
(obviously-- "#" means a sharp and "b" means a flat.)

Repeat that whole mess four times for each verse of the
song.  Listen carefully, and there's some pretty random
variation (especially before the second chorus)
going on too, so you can add or delete what you want.

Now these next chords sound SO much better on guitar, but if you
must, you can play them like this:

(The 1st 3 are in the treble clef, don't ask me to ascii draw one
 of those symbols-------------------------and this one
is in the bass clef, ok?)

-----------------------------------------|------------O-------------
      |
-----------------------------------------|-----------#O-------------

-----------------------------------------|------------O-------------
          |
---------------------------------O-------|--------------------------
     #O     |
-----O-----------------------------------|--------------------------
      O   O
  --#O---  -------      -------
      O   O
  ---O---

Play EACH of these four chords FOUR times for the "What have I become?"
part of the song. Play that whole bit (with the quadruple repetition)
FOUR times, then play the chorus. These chords SEEM to play throughout
the chorus, but the last one (D) doesn't sound right. Tell me if you
can figure it out.

Here's the first chorus, all in the treble clef.
For simplicity, any spaces should be counted as a rest.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
 OOOOO              O OOOO
------OO OOOO----------------------------OO OOOO---------------------
      #O#O #O#O#O#O  #O             #O#O #O#O#O#O
--------------------------OO OO-O----------------------------OO OO---
              O      O
---------------------------------------------------------------------

-------------------------------------------------------------------ObO

And the second chorus: (not much different)

-----------------------------------------O---------------------------
 OOOOO              O OOOO O         O
------OO OOOO----------------------------  OOOOO---------------------
      #O#O #O#O#O#O  #O             #O#O #O#O#O#O     #O
--------------------------OO OO-O----------------------------OO OO-O-
              O      O
---------------------------------------------------------------------

---------------------------------------------------------------------

The ending bit before the loud crash seems to be the four chords again
but REALLY distorted. Try it. NOW.. those crash chords I have NO idea
how to transcribe. They're already pretty freaky on guitar (you gotta
tune to B and I'm not really up to re-tuning my guitar againa and
again) so we'll never know I suppose :)

march of the pigs piano tablature

With the left hand, low on the piano or keyboard play these as chords
(that means, all the notes together):
---------------------------------------
Now - doesn't that make you feel better.
      F            G             A
      D            E             F#
      Bb           C             D
---------------------------------------
Now, with the right hand, simultaneously, play these individually. The *'s
mean play the (above) chords at the same time (figure out the timing
listening to the song):
------------------------------------------------------
Now - doesn't that make       you         feel  better
      D*  Bb       E*         G           C  E  F#*
------------------------------------------------------
Hope you can decode that while listening to the song...the piano riff
repeats for "the pigs have one tonight". Then on "they can all sleep
soundly" keep the left-hand chords and play this:
------------------------------------------------------
They can all sleep soundly
D    E             F#
------------------------------------------------------
You'll notice that's just leaving out notes...then on "and everything is
alright" you only play the chords...then, instead of playing the third
chord, the chord with the low D, you play:

A
F (instead of F#)
D

Then, immediately going higher than the last note each time:
-----------------------
(F#)      |(C F# C C C)
left hand | right hand
-----------------------
That's the cool jazzy-type thing during "everything is alriiiiiiigh-t". The
notes above are up to debate of course, but at least the chords are right...have fun...
